FC 27 Ultimate Team Guides

Plain-English FC 27 Ultimate Team guides for players in the UK: how the market opens, what EA takes from each sale, where coins come from and when FUT deadlines fall on a British clock. Each one is checked against EA’s own help pages and news, and anything that only comes from player guides is labelled as such.

Four guides, in a sensible order

If your club is new this season, read them roughly in this order. If you’ve played FUT for years, jump straight to whichever you need.

  1. 1

    Open the market

Two locks stand between a new club and trading: one in the game, one in the apps. Active days, returning players and the November login rule. Unlock the Transfer Market in FC 27

  2. 2

    Build a balance

The four routes EA approves, why this season pays better, reward figures with their season attached, and the trading habits guides recommend. How to make coins in FC 27

  3. 3

    Count the cut

A live calculator for EA’s share of every sale, break-even prices, price ranges and when a quick sell beats a listing. FC 27 tax calculator

  4. 4

    Set your clock

Thursday reward drops, the UTC active day and the 7 November deadline, converted to GMT or BST as the year turns. Rivals rewards time in the UK

The other side

EA’s rules, up front

We sell coins, and buying them breaks EA’s User Agreement. EA can act on clubs it believes broke the rules, from removing coins to closing accounts, even for a first offence. None of the guides tells you how to dodge that, because there’s no honest way to.

How we check

Where the facts come from

Game facts in these FC 27 Ultimate Team guides come from EA first: its help articles, the FC 27 Pitch Notes and the Ultimate Team news posts on EA’s site. We read them in October 2026 and note which season a figure belongs to, because EA often publishes numbers for an older game and not for the current one.

Where only player guides cover something, like the size of EA’s cut on sales, we say “according to player guides”. Where we couldn’t confirm a detail at all, such as listing durations, the size of the transfer list or daily login rewards, we leave it out rather than guess.

You won’t find exploits, glitches or bot tricks here. EA bans automation, and a guide that gets your club restricted isn’t much use. Prices and ordering live on the futcoins home page; these pages are about playing the game well.

Short answers

About the guides

Are these guides official EA pages?

No. futcoins.co.uk is independent and isn’t connected to Electronic Arts. The guides are our own write-ups, based on EA’s help articles and its FC 27 news posts, and they quote EA word for word where the exact wording matters. Ultimate Team, FUT, FC 27 and EA SPORTS FC are trademarks of EA.

Do the guides apply to Nintendo Switch?

Much of what’s in them is written for every platform, and EA’s rules apply to all of them in the same way. Switch and Switch 2 share a club of their own, though, nothing carries over to other platforms and, according to player guides, they trade on a separate market. Coin orders on this site are for PlayStation, Xbox and PC only.

Do I need to read these before ordering coins?

Only one part really matters for an order: Comfort Trade delivery goes through your club’s Transfer Market, which needs to be open in the Web App before you order. The rest is there for playing FC 27 well, whether or not you ever order anything from us.
