Before you order: the Transfer Market opens in your FC 27 Web App, two-step verification is on and your EA backup codes are to hand. Coins stay on the platform you pick.

These are the FUT coins questions UK players ask most, before an order and after it. Each answer is kept short and links on to the page that covers the topic properly.

Sixteen FUT coins questions, four topics
Start with the topic closest to your question. If you’re still deciding, the ordering and club answers are the ones to read first; if you’ve already paid, jump to delivery.
Questions about one particular order, such as a payment that hasn’t shown up or a delivery that has stopped, are best put to support at the checkout, available 24/7 in live chat and on Discord. Anything about this site itself, including a FUT coins question we haven’t covered, can go to hello@futcoins.co.uk.
Short answers
Ordering

Which platforms can I order coins for?
PlayStation, Xbox and PC. PlayStation covers PS5 and PS4, which share one club; Xbox covers Series X|S and One, which share another; PC covers the EA app, Steam and Epic. Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 aren’t in the order form. They keep a club of their own that nothing from other platforms can reach, so coins ordered for any of the three would never arrive there.
Can I choose an amount that isn’t one of the quick sizes?
Yes. Tap Other in the form and type any whole number of coins from 100,000 up, for example a round figure that tops your balance up to the price of a player you’re after. The pound estimate and the euro amount update as you type, and the number you enter is carried through to the checkout with your platform.
What happens after I press Checkout?
You leave this site for the checkout’s own pages, with your platform, amount and delivery method already chosen. There you enter your e-mail and either sign in or have an account created, since coin orders need one. Then you pick a payment method and pay. Your EA details come only after that. The full walk-through is in how to buy FUT coins.
Where can I follow my order once it’s paid?
In My Orders at the checkout, as long as you’re signed in with the e-mail you ordered with. Each order shows its status, from New Order through In progress to Completed, and has a chat for questions. The payment confirmation e-mail carries your order number too, which is worth keeping, because support asks for it before anything else.
Short answers
Paying

Which payment methods does the checkout accept?
Three. A debit or credit card, paid on Stripe’s payment page, so your card details are entered there and not at the checkout; USDT or USDC, with the network, exact amount and wallet address shown on the payment page and confirmation done automatically; or PayPal, which isn’t listed but can be arranged by asking support before you pay. Nothing else is offered. More on paying from the UK.
Can I pay in pounds?
Not directly. The checkout works in euros only, so a UK card is charged the euro amount and your bank converts it at its own rate. That’s why prices on this site are estimates, worked out each morning at the day’s rate, €1 = £0.8373 today. If your card charges a fee for spending in euros, that comes on top; your bank can tell you.
How does paying with PayPal work?
PayPal isn’t one of the options you can click at the checkout. Before paying, contact support there in live chat or on Discord and ask to pay with PayPal; they send you a PayPal payment request for the order. Like the card and crypto options, PayPal comes with its own service fee, charged in addition to the coin price.
Why is the total at the checkout higher than the price here?
Two reasons. The price on this site is for the coins alone, while the checkout adds a service fee that depends on which payment method you pick, shown beside each one before you confirm. And the pounds here are an estimate: you’re charged in euros, so your bank’s rate on the day, plus any fee it takes for euro payments, decides the final figure.

Delivery

What do the statuses in My Orders mean?
New Order: paid and waiting for the delivery to start. In progress: the coins are on their way, with a progress bar. Completed — awaiting your confirmation: the seller reports the coins as delivered, so check your balance; there’s nothing to click. Completed: closed by the checkout’s team. Canceled: called off. An order whose payment never went through doesn’t show up at all.
I made a typo in my delivery details. What now?
Sent details are locked, so you can’t correct them on the order yourself. Go to live chat at the checkout, lead with the order number, then describe the mistake, whether it’s the EA e-mail or a backup code you had already used. The same route applies if your codes run out before all the coins are in.
Can coins be delivered without anyone signing in to my account?
Not at the moment. With Player Auction turned off, the only route is Comfort Trade: the seller works inside your EA account and needs, in any case, your EA sign-in e-mail plus a handful of backup codes. If handing those over doesn’t suit you, the honest alternative is earning coins by playing instead of ordering them.
Do I have to confirm anything when the coins arrive?
No button needs pressing. When the order reads Completed — awaiting your confirmation, the seller has marked the delivery done, and your part is to open the game or the Web App and check the balance. If it hasn’t gone up by the amount you ordered, write in the order chat before the checkout’s team closes the order.

Your club and EA’s rules

I’m moving from PlayStation to Xbox. Do my coins come with me?
No. EA’s cross-progression stays inside one console family: a PS4 club carries over to PS5 and an Xbox One club to Series X|S, but nothing crosses from PlayStation to Xbox, and PC keeps a separate club as well. Coins stay in the club where they were earned or delivered, and EA has no tool for moving them. Order for the platform you’ll actually be playing on.
My Web App market is still locked. Can I order anyway?
You can pay, but the coins can’t be delivered until the market opens, and cancelling because the account doesn’t meet the service requirements costs a 10% fee. Better to wait. Finishing the in-game Objective groups doesn’t open the Web App market by itself; that takes active days, and two is the usual number for an account in good standing. Details: the Web App market lock.
Does EA allow any way of buying coins?
No. EA’s FC rules page says coins are earned, not bought, and lists the ways: Ultimate Team matches, rewards from Rivals, Squad Battles and similar modes, Quick Sell on tradeable items, and fair-priced sales on the Transfer Market. Buying from anyone else is against its rules, with the consequences set out on the ban risk page.
What changes for the Web and Companion Apps on 7 November 2026?
From 23:59:50 UTC that night, which is the same time in the UK because the clocks are back on GMT, both apps stop working for you unless your FC 27 club has had at least one Ultimate Team login from a console or PC. If you’ve only been using the Web App so far, play a session on your console or PC first. More dates: FUT times in the UK.

A short glossary
My Orders is the order list in your account at the checkout. Every paid order appears there with its status and its own chat.
Delivery details is the field on a paid order where the EA e-mail and backup codes go. Once submitted, it can’t be edited.
Backup codes are single-use codes from the security settings of your EA account. EA intends them for getting into the account from a new device when the normal verification route isn’t available.
Two-step verification is EA’s second sign-in check. The code reaches you by e-mail, an authenticator app or text message.
The Web App runs Ultimate Team in a browser, and the Companion App does the same on iOS and Android. The two apps share a Transfer Market lock that is separate from the one in the game.
An active day, by EA’s definition, is a single UTC calendar day that includes three finished Ultimate Team matches as well as a sign-in to the Web or Companion App, each Ultimate Team account counted on its own.
Coin distribution is EA’s term for passing coins between players or accounts, which its rules forbid.
A service fee is the charge each payment method adds at the checkout, on top of the price of the coins.
