Terms of Use
Last updated: 29 October 2026. These terms cover futcoins.co.uk only. Buying coins happens at the checkout, under the terms of the company that runs it.
In full
The terms, in plain English
1. Scope
These terms apply whenever you use futcoins.co.uk (“the site”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them; if you don’t, please don’t use it. They govern this site alone. The checkout you reach from here is run by another company and has terms of its own.
futcoins.co.uk is run by Josephine Blackfoot, a sole trader, Flat 16, Grassy Meadow Court, Grange Road, Hayes, Greater London, UB3 2UF, United Kingdom. E-mail: hello@futcoins.co.uk.
The law of England and Wales applies to these terms. Players in Scotland or Northern Ireland keep the protection of their own consumer law and may take a dispute to a court where they live.
2. What the site does
The site is an independent information page and storefront for UK players of EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team. It shows what coins cost at the checkout (for each platform, the least expensive offer with stock, checked every morning), turns those figures into pounds, explains how ordering and delivery work, and sends you to the checkout through our /checkout/ address with the platform and amount you picked.
The site itself sells nothing. It takes no payments, holds no orders, opens no accounts and delivers no coins.
3. Who you buy from
When you place an order, your contract is with the company that runs the checkout, not with us. Its terms, privacy policy and cancellation rules apply, and you can read them on its pages before you pay. It takes the payment (by card through Stripe, in USDT or USDC, or by PayPal when arranged with its support beforehand), delivers the coins by Comfort Trade and deals with support, cancellations and refunds.
Its rules give you 21 days after paying to request a refund, and what you get back depends on how far the order has gone. We can’t accept, change, cancel or refund an order on its behalf. The details are on the refunds page.
4. Pounds, euros and fees
Coin prices can change every day. The pound amounts on the site are estimates, worked out at the day’s euro exchange rate. The checkout charges in euros, your bank or card provider converts the charge using its own exchange rate, possibly with a foreign-currency fee on top, and the payment method you choose adds its own service fee, shown at the checkout before you confirm. The amount on the checkout’s payment page is the one that counts. If it differs from what you saw here, the checkout’s figure is correct.
5. Accuracy and availability
We work to keep every page correct and current, but we can’t promise that all information is complete, up to date or free of errors, or that the site will always be online. An offer can sell out between our morning reading and your visit. Facts about the game come from EA’s own pages, or from player guides where the text says so, and EA can change the game with any update.
6. EA’s rules and your account
The site has no connection with Electronic Arts, which neither endorses nor sponsors it. EA’s User Agreement forbids buying coins, and EA says it may act against an account it believes has broken its rules, for example by taking coins away, limiting access to the Transfer Market, wiping the club, or suspending or closing the account. The decision to buy, and that risk, are yours. We don’t promise any particular outcome, and nothing on the site is legal advice.
The names Ultimate Team, FUT, EA SPORTS FC and FC 27 are owned by Electronic Arts Inc., PlayStation by Sony Interactive Entertainment and Xbox by Microsoft. We use these names only to say which game and which platforms a page is about. The players drawn on the site are fictional illustrations.
7. Using the site fairly
Please don’t use the site for anything unlawful, and don’t try to break it, overload it or copy it wholesale. The texts, illustrations and design are ours. You’re welcome to read, share links to our pages and quote a short passage as long as you say where it came from.
The site links only to its own pages. Pressing Checkout takes you off the site, and from that moment the checkout’s terms apply.
8. Liability
The site is provided free of charge to visitors and as it is. To the extent the law permits, we accept no responsibility for what happens at the checkout (payment, delivery, cancellations), for any action EA takes on your account, or for losses that come from relying on the estimates shown here. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where the law doesn’t allow that, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms can change when the site or the law does. The current version is the one dated at the top of this page, and using the site after an update means you accept it. How we handle data is set out separately in our privacy notice and cookie notice.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms or the site: hello@futcoins.co.uk. Questions about an order go to support at the checkout, which you can reach by live chat, Discord or e-mail on its pages. More on our contact page.
