Before you order: the Transfer Market opens in your FC 27 Web App, two-step verification is on and your EA backup codes are to hand. Coins stay on the platform you pick.

Paying for FUT coins from the UK comes down to three choices and one quirk: the checkout bills in euros, not pounds. Below is how each method works, where the fees appear and what to do if a payment goes wrong.
Three ways
Card, crypto or PayPal
Debit or credit card
Choose Debit/Credit Card at the checkout and you move to Stripe’s payment page. That is where the card number goes, so you type your card details on Stripe’s page rather than on the checkout’s own. When the payment clears, an order confirmation page shows your order number and a confirmation e-mail follows.
USDT or USDC
Choose cryptocurrency and place the order. The payment page then lists the coins and networks on offer, the exact amount to send and the wallet address. Send precisely that amount on the network you picked; the payment is confirmed automatically, without anyone having to check it by hand.
PayPal, on request
PayPal isn’t a button at the checkout. To use it, open live chat with support at the checkout before you pay and ask for a PayPal payment request for your order. The request comes from support, so this is the one method that starts with a message rather than a button.
Service fees
The fee is shown before you pay
Every way of paying comes with its own service fee. The checkout prints it beside the method’s name and adds it to the order total at the moment you pay. Nothing on this site has it built in: the order panel, the ticker along the top and every price table show what the coins cost and nothing else.
An example with this morning’s prices: 1,000,000 coins for PC come to €63.79, roughly £53.41. Whichever method you choose, its fee is then added to that euro figure, so the total on the payment page is the one to check.
Since the fee belongs to the method, two people buying the same coins can end up with different totals. A few seconds comparing the figures next to each option before you confirm is time well spent.
Pounds and euros
A euro charge on a UK card
The one thing that sets paying for FUT coins from the UK apart: there is no pound option at the checkout. Orders from this site go to its EU region, which bills in euros, so a UK card is charged a euro amount and the bank turns it into pounds.
Two things follow from that. The pound figures here are estimates: we convert at €1 = £0.8373 for 29 October, while your bank applies whatever rate it uses when the payment settles, so expect a small difference either way. And a number of UK cards charge a non-sterling fee on payments in another currency. Your card’s terms say whether yours does; if they don’t, ask the bank.
Crypto sidesteps the bank’s conversion, since you send the exact amount the payment page asks for. Your wallet or exchange may still charge for sending it, so allow for that.
Your account
An account at the checkout
Coin orders can’t go through as a guest. The delivery details are added to the order after payment, so you need an account at the checkout to come back to. If the e-mail you enter doesn’t have one, the checkout opens one for you and e-mails the sign-in details. If it already does, sign in first and then order.
Keep to one e-mail from start to finish. Orders placed while signed in appear in My Orders with their status, and that is where the delivery details go: in any case the e-mail your EA account is registered under, along with several backup codes. After that, delivery runs by Comfort Trade within 2 hours of those details arriving.
If something goes wrong
When a payment doesn’t go through
1
Payment failed
If the payment wasn’t completed or you closed the page, the order wasn’t processed and won’t show in My Orders. Simply place it again.
2
No confirmation
Look for the payment confirmation e-mail with your order number, spam folder included, and sign in at the checkout with the e-mail you paid with.
3
Bank checks
Some banks hold a payment for extra checks. The order is processed as soon as the money actually comes through.
4
Still nothing
If money has left your account and no order appears, contact support at the checkout with your e-mail, the amount and the time you paid.

Short answers
Payment questions

Can I pay in pounds?
Not directly. The checkout charges euros, so a UK card shows a euro payment that your bank converts into pounds. The pound prices on this site are our estimate at €1 = £0.8373, the rate for 29 October; the final sterling amount on your statement depends on your bank’s own rate on the day.
Will my bank charge extra for a euro payment?
It depends on the card. Some UK debit and credit cards add a non-sterling or foreign transaction fee to any payment in another currency, while others don’t. The card’s terms will say, or your bank can tell you. That fee, if there is one, comes on top of the checkout total.
How do I pay with PayPal?
Ask first. PayPal isn’t one of the buttons at the checkout, but support there sends you a PayPal payment request for your order if you ask in live chat before paying. The request has to come first, so ask before you choose any other method or send money.
Where do I see the service fee?
At the checkout, next to the name of each payment method, before you confirm anything. The fee is added on top of the order total, and every method has its own. None of the prices on this site include it, because the fee depends on how you choose to pay.
What if I closed the payment page by mistake?
Then the payment wasn’t completed and the order wasn’t processed. It won’t appear in My Orders and nobody will start on it, so there is nothing to cancel. Go back to the order panel and place the order again, choosing the same platform and amount.
